Shaw Academy stole from my 16 year old daughter

Never sign up for a Shaw academy education. My 16year old daughter was interested in a 4 week free course. She signed up. The very next day Shaw Academy extracted R399 from her account. How is that free? She cancelled 3 weeks later after discovering that they stole another R 999 from from her account. After many complaints and emails they have offered a life time membership and claim they can't refund her. Who would be interested in such a membership membership after the institution stole R1399 from her!! Seriously! How many others have been ****med by these *******!
