Shaw Academy - Stay away

I was offered a free trial course via Shaw Academy. Stupid enough my debit card details was supp**** to them before the course started - dumb i know. Daily e-mail's and sms's flooded my inbox with links encouraging me to join other courses on the platform and get my certificate early! None of these i ever clicked on that I am aware off. No sooner did my free trial course end and i see my account was debited with R399. I did not authorise any deductions or payments or joined any other courses. Mails to their billing department remains unanswered. Surely in today's time of internet ***** no organisation should be allowed to debit your bank account unless you give explicit instructions to do so. Anyway...stay away is my advice.
