Shaw Academy, so far so good

I joined on free trial and then read negative reviews about **** etc. Then I went online to cancel subscription, and it says you must phone overseas nr. I eventually emailed them and found a Cape Town nr. A lady named Lauren Arendse phoned me back, reassuring me that in most cases when people say they have been ****med or that money has been taken, is when they click on the "One Time Purchase Tool Kit" option without knowing that it immediately takes the charge (and this actually did happen to me, but I was aware I then bought a toolkit), or when they do not cancel in time. She then offered my 2nd Toolkit and another month's free trial, and showed me on the website that it showed as available once she did it. So far after each Module I download my certificate, but ok, I have yet to get to the Final exam to see if it is still as easy. They send you constant sms's, emails and Push Notifications that your next class is coming up etc.
