Shaw Academy should seriously be canceled.

In the support request i restarted at that time, they asked me to send proof of the work I did. I sent them everything (which I shouldn't have to do!!! Your system should have it ???? ????) and a "Pedro" responded. I say "Pedro" because I am convinced it is not a person responding to support requests anymore. This bot asked for my location AGAIN (READ: YOU WILL NEED TO WAIT TWO MORE MONTHS BEFORE YOU CAN COMPLAIN ABOUT NOT GETTING IT AGAIN). I refused to give my address again and practically demanded to just speak to someone who can actually help!!

Guess what! The bot autoresponded with "thanks for giving your details. Please wait 1 to 2 months...." AND THEN ATTACHED SOMEONE ELSES CERTIFICATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ***!!!

I DID NOT EVEN SHARE MY LOCATION.

I'll be continuing to post these reviews everywhere I can and try and get as many people as possible away from this borderline comatose company.
