Shaw Academy ****s you out of your money!! DON'T sign up!

I signed up for the 4 weeks free trail of Shaw Academy end of October 2020. I anted to cancel my account as I did not have the time to make use of it. When I try to cancel online they provide you with a number to phone in order to cancel. I phoned this umber and a representative of Shaw Academy convinced me not to cancel and said she would provide me with an additional to months free of charge. I relented because I thought it maybe I would get time to do the course since it was almost December holidays. After this conversation, I was credited with additional 2 months (58) days subscription of Shaw academy. To my knowledge this meant I would only be billed somewhere at the start of February 2021. It did not even occur to me to check whether Shaw Academy would subtract money from my account for the month of December and January, let alone November for which I had a free trial. I then cancelled my subscription in the beginning of February. Then I noticed I had indeed been billed by Shaw Academy, on 27/11/2020, 24/12/2020, 21/01/2021 and 31/01/2021. Four times!! If I had known they would charge me I would never have consented to "more free months". I emailed Shaw Academy, honestly believing this was just a mistake! They then informed me that a refund is not an option, but what they can do is give me a year's free subscription! Wow, probably just to be billed again. When I read online I noticed that this is a frequent occurrence and happens to many people. I have emailed many times and have not received any further communication or a refund. Please don't sign up for Shaw academy. They will take your money! They promise free trials only to bill you. Do not be fooled!
