Shaw Academy ******** programe

I am totally shocked that in just one week, Shaw Academy debited my account twice for things I did not purchase. To make it worse, they reply with incorrect information. I signed up for a free 4-week trial course, while reading through the details of the program I selected the toolkit, thinking I will see more information on what it entails before one purchases. When clicking the link it immediately debited my account (R499) with no confirmation of whether I wish to purchase etc. When queried, they insist it showed a link to confirm if I wish to purchase. How do I back this to show that it did not??? A few days later I receive a call from Shaw Academy telling me how they want to give back due to COVID and talking about a whole lot of free things they are giving me etc. I mention my issue from just a few days prior to which the consultant apologizes and goes on talking about all the free things they will be sending me. The call is then done and what do you know, they debited R999!!! For what, I don't know??? I cannot call Shaw Academy because the number does not work. The replies from them are obvious that they will not be assisting me. They have debited my account twice and refuse to refund me for things I did not purchase!
