Shaw Academy ******** and *****

A consultant called last year advertising a promotion of 3 months free course, I took it. Only for Shaw Academy to deduct money from my bank account this year. When I ask they tell me about my "subscription" that is out standing. They can't provide me with any form of consent where I agreed for a subscription.

As if that was not enough a lady ny the name of Betsy called me telling me about their technical error where they debited my account twice and they will refund me in 7days max, that was on the 14th of May. On the 2st I sent a follow up email for refund, now Nicky responded telling me that they will refund me within 7 days. I don't know how their 7 days are calculated but these people are ********.

Boris who was the guy that I was dealing with first, is no where to be found, they are not responding toy my emails anymore
