Shaw academy ********

Good day

Shaw academy called me last week with a sales purpose.. I told the lady I don't want to do it as I have no time and she went on and on..

She wanted my banking details and I told her I don't want to give it to them and she went on and on again about a free trial..

Eventually I gave in and gave it to her and they deducted R10 but refunded it afterwards.. I had no problem with that..

Afterwards the lady said I must click on the link to schedule my classes, so I went in the link and it gave me a few pop ups.. and one of the pop ups asked what I want to achieve in this course and it gave a few options, but nowhere it states if you click here that they will take money out of your account.. No where!!

So I clicked on the diploma and suddenly there is a R999.99 0ut of my account.. NO CONFIRMATION AT FIRST! NO WARNING.. the lady told me that I will pay it afterwards..

So I emailed Shaw many times and explained to them what happened and can they please refund it as it was a accident and I didn't knew they will take money..

They just refuse to give me my money, they blame it on the T's and C's but no one went through the T's and C's with me, no one told me not to touch that options..

They told me if it was a accident they can pay it back but they don't see this as an accident and they won't pay me back..

This was obviously a ****!!!

I don't want their free courses, I want my money back
