Shaw Academy, *******, THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION

I signed up for 4 weeks free Digital Marketing course on 13/11/2020. In my homepage, I had a banner that talked about a E-certificate and Hardcopy of Diploma cert for the first lesson, with a "get" button on it. Since there was little to no description on the damn thing, I clicked "get" thinking it would redirect to a shopping cart with further information or something, turns out one click buy charged my debit card. Immediately, I sensed something is wrong, so I cancelled my subscription from Shaw Academy. The things shocked me was they emailed me and counter offer me with extra offer which are 3 month membership and free toolkit. At the same time, they reactivated my membership without my permission, how could them do this without our permission? IT IS TOTALLY A **** AND *****!!

In short, I was not advised at the time that the E-certificate and hardcopy of cert was a one-click-purchase and have absolutely not consented to payment. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK RM224.97. They have no rights to take money from our bank without our authorization. Thats completely against their contract and the law.
