My wife & I enrolled at Shaw Academy for the free 4 week trial. Everything seemed legit until she got a call & without any authorisation, R2000 got taken from our account for a premium membership. We demand a refund & will go to the banks to report it as *****. The terms & policies of Shaw Academy is faulty as well as the customer support & billing department.
