Shaw Academy ****, moral hazard

Shaw Academy ****- Unauthorized payment

Shaw Academy charged from my credit card total GBP 70.09 while FREE TRIAL without my consent.

I dropped out and requested refund same day. They keep saying that is unable to refund and offered 12 months access/toolkit/ eCertificate instead.

I left review to share my terrible experience and they rep**** to claim that I clicked “Buy Now/One-click Purchase” button which is even not exist.

When I leave a review they reach me out and offer 12months access which is later became 60 months access.

There is consumer contract regulation 2013, and some of people in same case already got refund.

I keep requesting refund but they discriminate and disrespect my right.

After studying this organization I found that they are called **** academy, there is movement for petition, investigation for their ***** and also many of victim groups and even there is website to help victims.

Dear Shaw Academy, What you are doing is inappropriate *****, not a business. If you charge for a course worth the same with 60 months access of every class/toolkit/eCertificate, you need to adjust your tuition. Deeply impressed with your moral hazard.
