SHAW ACADEMY ****

I was asked for my banking details for a course that was surpose and promised to be free, i then saw my account was debited with R599, i immediately asked for a refund via email, they emailed back saying they dont do refunds, i sent email to cancel my account, but then on 26Nov2020 my account was debited again with R399 and i emailed them again, they emailed back saying they dont do refunds, courses advertised as free is surpose to be free. I would like a refund as i am unemployed.
