Shaw Academy ****!!!!

Shaw academy took money from my account after I had cancelled my trial with them. When I brought it up they said I had only cancelled my trial and not my membership. Surely if someone cancels their trial that means they don’t want a membership with them. I’ve sent multiple emails since last week and they haven’t bothered to respond to me. R399 was taken from my bank account. They made me cancel my trial over the phone which I found out is *******. They look for loopholes in order to take people’s money. When I cancelled my trial over the phone I even told the person on their end that I’d like to cancel everything with Shaw and they assured me I wouldn’t be billed for anything in the future and to my surprise R399 is taken out of my bank account. They refuse to respond to my emails but let it be an email about something else and they gladly respond
