SHAW Academy ****

About a month ago i have won a free 4-week course on the shake competition held by Vodacom. The course is offered by SHAW Academy. I decided to take the course and registered on the website. On the very same day one of SHAW Academy's agents called me and needed my bank card number and CCV number for verification purposes. I gave him the number and all was well after that. Today on the 15th of Feb 2021 i suddenly see a deduction of R399 from my account to SHAW Academy. I tried to contact them by calling and sending e-mails but nothing. I am still struggling to get my refund from them.
