Shaw Academy ****

I was lured into trying out their 30day free trial period on studying Graphic design. When I decided before the free trial period was up to cancel, I battled to get hold of anyone to assist me. I sent a cancelation e-mail and was contacted by someone, who kept me on the line for a very long time , taking me through endless ways to try and change my mind. I never received a confirmation of the cancellation and every time I complained, I had to wait for 48 hours to get an answer, after which they would try and find another way to delay the process. I have now had 2 x instalments of R399 deducted off my credit card and still no joy. there is nowhere on line to cancel. This is a ****! Disgusting!!!!
