Shaw academy refunds

Do not even think that you will get service from this ***** company. I had a R499 debited of which I have explained Shaw academy that this was made in error as my laptop crash while being on their site and clicked accidentally on Get Materials. Today they are advising me that unfortunately they cannot refund me hence an agent told me that only if you click 3 times it will debit and I told him it clicked once. They are not even now responding to my email where I am telling them that I did not budget for this and need my money back. They are even concerned about my circumstances they still trying to butter me up by wanting to give more offers so that they can keep the R499. I am so upset that this people do not want to refund my money as I don't even have the materials nor do I want to download it and I want nothing to do with them. SO DONT TRUST TO GO NEAR TO THERE SITE
