Shaw Academy - Refund request denied due to lack of empathy

Good day

My brother in law won a competition and gave it to me as enjoy doing online courses . I purchased a photo shop program and this was my opportunity to learn how to use program on Saturday 13 February 2021 I had to pay an additional R500 for course material, I paid the money as it is something I've been waiting to do.

Unfortunately on the 14th of February 2021 my father committed suicide exactly 7 years to the day after my mother committed suicide and I do not think I will be emotionally capable of doing any learning and studying this year.

All I want is my money back as I needed to pay for the funeral because there was no funeral policy for my father and I am an only child and have no one to assist me in paying for the funeral.

I informed Shaw Academy and they said I can do the course later I am not capable of doing the course as I haven't even processed what has happened and I know I will not be able to concentrate.

All I want is a refund. I will really appreciate assistance in resolving this matter.
