Shaw academy - Refund

I have a problem with Shaw Academy. They called to tell me about the free online education trial for four weeks. So now they are debiting money from my account I don't understand how. I never made such agreement with them. I have emailed them numerous times about this issue and the only response I got was, that they will look into it.
