Shaw Academy - rating, comments etc

i have 20 days left on the trial. i have clicked thrice to cancel and only last night noticed i have to call to cancel....So easy to sign up.

anyway. i find the class i signed up for full of info yet during a class i can't pause when my 2 year old interrupts me which is often. in fact i am calling on monday to cancel because he causes me to lose attendance and i get emails to reschedule, which i've done countless times but at some point one has to know when to quit and try again later. i definitely don't want to stay in membership while i wait for better timing. i do not have money to waste, the info on their system (my membership info) is that i am unemployed.

Shaw can improve by making it as easy to cancel within the trial period as it is to sign up.

I'd also like to pause during class....i don't believe that each class is live. I can only pause in recordings.
