Shaw Academy - rather poor assistance in canceling subscriptions

I am turning to Hellopeter out of a combination of desperation and frustration and hope that this post accomplishes something.

As quickly as Shaw Academy was to get me registered (customer service I was really impressed with), so bad they are in canceling subscriptions. I have followed all the steps, send emails and phone more than once, but automated email and voice responses get me nowhere. My so-called 'learning assistant' also fails to answer my emails - but are quick to call when there are promotions.

This left a bad taste. I was off to an eager start, but at this point, I just hope they cancel my subscription within the next two days.
