Shaw Academy or Moving to Canada???

I filled in forms regarding moving to Canada from a cell number that ends with 7849. My TrueCaller app on my phone showed Shaw Academy. When I answered, this guy with a slight Indian accent, trying very hard to sound American, said he is from that Canadian website that I filled in and he will assist me with my moving to Canada. Huh???? What is up with that? Is this a ****? The same ******* running two separate ****s or what the hell is going on???? I think it best to block his calls. Any help or advice out there? Cause I'm confused now.
