Shaw Academy online courses

I was shocked by Shaw Academy's unprofessional and ********* conduct. I took up their free offer of 4 weeks In - trial Nutrition course. The understanding was that if I was happy after the trial, I would take up their course at their stipulated charges. They requested that I provide my contact details including bank account. On the other hand if I was not happy I could cancel at any time during the trial period. After one week I decided to cancel through the link given, the final step was to phone to a number that was provided to confirm Cancellation. On phoning the number, I was informed that the number does not exist. I wrote to them via social media platforms and fortunately got a response that my Cancellation was going to be effected. After that I was bombarded by messages urging me to continue with their course. I unsubscribed, wrote them, messages continued pouring. The last straw was a debit in my account in the middle of the night. I had to change my bank card details to stop further debits. Shaw Academy and their online course !
