Shaw Academy - not to be trusted!

Will try to make a long story short. Signed up for free trial at Shaw Academy. Email received states they will send a reminder email 3 days prior to free period end. NEVER HAPPENED. I checked my bank this morning only to find R399 has been taken off my account. I checked and according to their system I still have free days. Don't know why, but there it is. I have saved a screenshot. Then tried to cancel now without delay, only to find I must call a number. No real surprise, but their offices are closed. So posted on their Facebook timeline only to find my post disappears. So posted again. Reached out via FB messenger and received a reply to email *** which I have done. Also reached out to my bank and reported them and the transaction. Bank also closed! Funny how they do this late on a Friday night isn't it? I also completed a short course, but unfortunately am not able to do a final assignment because I must buy the toolkit first for R199. And yes, I have this confirmed on email as well. I honestly don't know what to do or where to go from here. I simply do not have the funds to carry this. With what we are going through currently with the lockdown, I have lost 2 clients only this week. I feel that they should have kept their promise and sent a reminder. And with FREE options, you should not be forced to hand out bank details. I will NEVER recommend them. Stay clear. Go through another organization. Do not trust Shaw Academy.
