Shaw Academy none responsive

I recently decided to try a course at Shaw Academy with a 4 week FREE trial. Setting up so they can take your money is easy. I thought I would do some research and found a lot of negative reviews and decided to cancel my subscription, that wasn't as easy as setting up an account. I tried all the numbers I found but only had a voice operating system to respond to. I desperately need to cancel this account. As a back up I recorded my interactions with the voice system. I seriously hope, for their sake that they don't bill me at the end of the trial period cause I have proof (screen shots as well) of my attempts to get hold of an actual person to cancel this.
