Shaw Academy, more like **** Academy

Shaw academy is a ****. I signed up for the 4 week trial with the idea that I could cancel before I needed to pay my subscription just to see how they were and if I had the time. My device broke after a week, and so I cancelled my subscription, and got confirmation that is was cancelled. Yet today I received a message to say money has been deducted from my account, I contacted Shaw to try and sort this out, but all they do is extend my subscription period even after I told them I dont have a device to work on. There is no number to contact so you cant even voice your complaint to these people. I really hope no one falls victim to this **** again.
