Shaw Academy is the biggest **** and slimiest company

I registered with Shaw Academy because originally I couldn't see much about what was in the courses they offered, I then saw that there was nothing that interests me and went through the protocols for canceling on the same day I registered, I spoke to a women who confirmed the cancelation and asked if there was anything else they could do to change my mind, I said no, I then was charged R399 and after many emails, a review on hello Peter and declined phone calls I got rep**** and one stated I would get a refund. I then got copy and pasted the same email about how they cannot refund me because it's written in the terms and conditions. I threatened to take them to court because they state that if you are not satisfied with what is offered in the first four weeks of signing up you can cancel your account and not get charged, they have not held up their side of this and because they make you sit on a phone for 2 to 3 hours trying to cancel and it is not written in an email they have gotten away with saying I have never cancelled, when I did, and they have a telephonic record of it which they also said are not willing to check or share. If I do not get my money back I will share this on every social media and ruin your reputation Shaw Academy, many people have had the same thing happen to them and this is not on. You better fix the problem
