Shaw academy is **** - don't ever sign up to a free trial with them!

this company is a serious **** and thousands of people online are writing about this and have been ****med out of a lot of money. I am also a victim after signing up to a free trial for a course. After a few days I received a phone call and was subsequently charged £199.95 for a premium membership I had never agreed to and was not interested in. They have a sophisticated system of avoiding to give you a refund and I still have got nowhere to achieve this. Someone called me today, claiming that I had agreed to it and they were not able to give a refund. Reading online i can see that this is their method of charging the customer for things they had not agreed to all based on a pre authorised subscription when first signing up to a free trial. Shocking that this can go on for so long and nobody is able to stop them.
