I'd give it 0 if I could. They make it so difficult to cancel the course which I no longer had any interest in or the time for. And after canceling on the platform you have to send them an email to confirm. How ridiculous is that? Also, 6 months later, after confirming that my account is closed and I will no longer be charged, they charge me again ut of the blue. Whats worse is that they say that my account wasn't canceled (on their end) and because of that, they want to give me 6 months extension and then keep charging. I already supp**** the details to Visa about this ********** behaviour. It's completely immoral and ludicrous.
