Shaw Academy is a ****

so i received a call about a month ago from Shaw academy Call Centre agent telling that I've been selected by Shaw Academy to do a nutrition course offered by Shaw Academy and its a trial that will be for free , so wanted to be sure that its for free , so i clearly asked the agent if this is for free and that there will be no monies debited from my account as i was reluctant to give out my banking details , the Shaw Academy agent assured me that it was for free . yesterday and today Shaw Academy limited Dublin debited my account the amount of R199.50 ,first debit on 31/05/2021 , 2nd debit 1/06/2021.my Bank Capitec cannot help to reverse the debit as its marked as an online purchase , the the contact number from Shaw Academy does not go through - ***,Shaw Academy reverse back my money as i was promised by your call center agent the course a trial and there will be no monies debited from my account .
