SHAW ACADEMY IS A ****!

I was extremely excited to embark on my learning adventure with Shaw Academy. However, the contents around the app, the navigation and the unauthorised purchasing is complete nonsense.

You guys are ****s and I want a refund IMMEDIATELY. No one can assist me. No one can prove an authorisation of my "purchase". It's just a whole bunch of ******* for answers and I no longer want to invest my time into this ****.

I cannot even complete the cancellation process on the app!! How crazy is that? You guys are ****s.

Poor service delivery. ****py policies. No customer protection. No validation of purchasing.
