Shaw Academy is a ****!!!!

My son enrolled in a "free" course and needed the tools which he required to complete the course. This cost us R499 and still no tools were given for him to work with. After completing the course, they started deducting R1000 a month off my account. A year later, and they started deducting again! When I sent them an email, they refused to refund the money and gave my son a lifetime subscription!!!! What a cheek! We want our money back!!!
