Shaw Academy is a ****!

I have registered for the Professional Practice in Mindfulness diploma. I have only been able to access 2 videos. I have paid for the toolkit and can't access that either. I have had emails instructing me how to rectify the problem and no joy. I have had 2 sales calls trying to convince me to buy an enrollment package but nobody calls to assist with downloading and accessing the course content. I am very frustrated and annoyed!
