I signed up for a month trial which l cancelled a week after ,l called their number to cancel and email confirmation to cancel came through now l was surprised to learn that my account had been debited by Shaw Academy they told me my cancellation was unsuccessful and they don't do refunds but instead offered me a 12 month free subscription. Shaw Academy is a **** don't join their free trial.
