SHAW ACADEMY IS A HOAX

Wish I could give zero stars. I subscribed for the free course on 10 Nov 2020 to see what they are about as I would like to try some of the courses. On the 15th of Nov 2020 I decided to cancel this as I was not able to afford this of I have to still pay for course materials and Diploma. Norman repsponded to me to confirm that it has been cancelled, I checked my profile and this was true. So I left it there. 17 Dec 2020 the amount went off my account and all of a sudden my subscription is active again. I immediatly made contact with Shaw Academy and was told by Dillon that I did not cancel this on 1 Nov 2020 and the charge would still have gone off...which is completw BS as I only subscribed on 10 Nov 2020. I was then told I will get 3 months free so that they can 'help' me....it has now been 4 days and I still have not heard back from them after I have told them I do not want 3 months free and want my refund...
