Shaw Academy is a *****.

I signed up for a 4-week free trial course on the 23rd of Sept .2020 and I was only supposed to be charged by the 21st of October 2020 if I did not cancel my subscription by then, but to my surprise I got charged on the 24th of Sept 2020 before the cut off date and before my trial even ended! I contacted the billing team for a refund but the agent could not tell me why I was charged before the cut off date and he just said that my refund could not be processed.

This is truly an act of *****!! How can you say that this is a free trial course and yet charge the person before even the trial ends?? I barely even started with the trial course. I am so disappointed, I want my refund please!!
