I recently joined shaw academy with the hope of upskilling, however, the experience has been horrible to say the least. I have been trying to access classes for a week without success. so i decided that to cancel my membership, however, they do not allow me to cancel and these people have my credit card details. when i try to cancel I am given a phone number to call but when calling the number you get a recorded message that says they operate between 9 and 5. the recording says this even if you call at 12:00 midday
