Shaw Academy is a big PROBLEM!

I initially signed up for a course with them. They told me that I am able to cancel at any time without me being charged for it. I cancelled the course on the same day I signed up in September 2020.

Although my status shows that my course is cancelled, in February 2021 money was deducted from my bank account. I immediately updated my limits and their 2nd attempt failed.

I just want my money back. When you show interest in signing up, they are quick to contact you, but when you ask for something like this, they go MIA.

Disgusted with this company.
