SHAW ACADEMY I paid for a course in full ±2 months ago. I have not been able to attend or get course material.

I joined Shaw Academy ±2 months ago and paid in full R1,400 to learn to read Tarot. I've still not been able to access my course material or attend one lesson despite many emails to them asking for assistance. I've tried repeatedly to reschedule my lessons, according to their prompts, many times, with no luck. They keep sending me course dates in the middle of the weekend at times I cannot attend. They also continuously congratulate me on completing my course and achieving my certificate. I need help please. Either my money back or someone at Shaw Academy that I can communicate directly with.
