SHAW ACADEMY - HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!

I have recently got a free course from Shaw Academy. Initially I was so excited and it was going great. After getting a email that I could win another course I followed the link and the website then proceeded to charge me for some toolkit that I did NOT want to buy...

I immediately logged a query and it took them forever to get back to me... In the mean time I tried to ask my bank to do a reversal costing me extra money... I then get an email back from their support department stating that they dont do refunds however I can have a year free subscription...

I DONT WANT YOUR FREE SUBSCRIPTION !!!!!!!! I WANT THE MONEY BACK THAT SHAW ACADEMY TOOK FROM ME WITHOUT ME WANTING TO MAKE THE PURCHASE!!!!!!!!!!!

Your lack of interest of trying to assist me is terrible!!!! Your service is horrible!!!!!!
