Shaw Academy HEARTLESS

This website pushed me to the brink of SUICIDE! Sometime in 2020 when the pandemic started, I decided to do an online course to help boost my CV for the following year to come.

I signed up for their trial course and some days later saw a deduction from my bank account before the trial had even ended. I immediately contacted their support team and after countless back and forth emails, They gave me a call and promised to cancel my subscription and offered me lifetime access to the website for no charge (Which I declined).

After almost a year later I just saw charges appearing on my statement which amounted to US$209.97. That amount in my country is not something you play with. I have failed to settle any of my debts, my bills, nor can I commute for potential job interviews. My whole vision for 2022 has crumbled with that last deduction they *******ly made on my account and my mind has blocked.

I have emailed and emailed, even sending messages on facebook and any platform I can find - to no avail. They have made NO EFFORT to respond to my complaint and I don't know what this will lead to as of this time I am posting this review.

STAY AWAY FROM SHAW ACADEMY. they don't CARE and will **** YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY and Livelihood.
