We've trying to cancel but their website takes you through at least five prompts of last chance, cheaper packages, are you sure? Only to leave you a phone number to call to cancel, what was the point of having the option to cancel online? The person that we called said they will cancel for us, it didn't work, the useless subscription is still active. So now we have to go through the bank to try to get our money bank. We've already reported this company as *****ulant to FNB. You can see for yourself how many people were ****med from the hello Peter reviews. Shameful company, *****ing peoples money, and when honest people are just looking to learn and uplift themselves. Disgraceful.
