Shaw academy has zero customer service in SA

The courses are fairly good but when it comes to cancelling the ****** subscription it becomes a major pain. I have been trying for 2 months. I email and get ****** all response. I try call during business hours (7 - 6) and I get told that I must call during office hours. I mean come on. I want it cancelled but can't get it cancelled.
