Shaw Academy- Glitch and poor support response

Recently reached the end of the Foundation Digital Marketing Diploma (8 lessons), however unable to do my final assignment which essentially unlocks the option to buy or download the Diploma. Whilst I found the course extremely informative, it is pretty frustrating to reach the end and being technically unable to finish.

I have contacted the support team on several occasions via email and social media with only automated responses. It would appear that the only way to finish the course is to retake it and hope it doesn't suffer the same issue after a month.

In case there are any membership concerns, I am a lifetime member- so the diplomas are included in the fee (E diploma). Free users will still have to pay to unlock their Certificate.
