Shaw Academy free course is **** to get you to subscribe

I am absolutely appalled with Shaw Academy. They rope you in by offering a free course with a free cancelation at anytime what they don't emphasize on is that when you sign up for a free course they you are signing up for a subscription and your account will be debited 4 weeks after your initial sign on.

I spoke to a lady named Quanita Khan over the phone just before I reached the 4 week mark expressing my disappointment with their quality and content of their course also mentioning that I was not even able complete one class due to the technical difficulty they with their content. I also stated that I would not be continuing which in my mind means I do not want to own a subscription with them. She did not offer to cancel the subscription that I was not even aware that I had.

I have sent an email and all I get from them is that they will not refund the R399 that they deducted from my account for services that I could not even utilize, they refuse to pull the call recording they are absolutely useless.

I will not rest Shaw Academy is a **** DO NOT ENTER INTO A FREE COURSE WITH THEM.
