Shaw Academy free course *****.

****. Shaw Academy offered a 30 day free course (Photoshop) which required your credit card to sign up. They state that an email will be sent 3 days before the 30 day period ends to remind you to opt out or continue onto a paid course (R399). After only 2 lessons I opted out, never received the 3 day warning email. I was charged on day 31 the R399. I tried to return email them on their initial email which got no response. I tried several times, no response. Then I saw on FB others complaining about the same issue. I noticed another Of tbeir service emails online, complained & finally they returned an answer that the course was available for 6 months. I responded again with details of my complaint several times. They phoned to say the course was available for 6 months, no refund was possible. I wrote back another email saying I will report them for *****. I now see other complaints here on hellopeter & wonder what can be done?
