SHAW ACADEMY ********** ACTIVITY ON MY ACCOUNT

Shaw academy have over 3 months failed to assist me and continued to debit my account for services not rendered. Absolutely pathetic, unprofessional, ********* and full of excuses. The debit system as well as the account administration is useless and inefficient. The responses, merely excuses to prolong payments and debits on members accounts.

I believe in my case, they are or have committed ***** and should be investigated for their continuous and flagrant disregard of my requested to stop all debits and cancel my membership.

I would warn everybody against using them and find a more professional avenue, which there obviously are.
