SHAW ACADEMY *****

I signed up last year during lockdown for a course that they advertise as free, but once you signed up then they come with all these other things, if you don't buy a subscription then you don't get the course material and you don't get your certificates when you pass the course and you don't even get access to all the modules. So I agreed to signed up for a year's subscription, which I thought back then would give me time to finish my course and maybe do another one. It turns our that I didn't get time to complete my course, with work and kids at home, it proved to be very difficult. A year went buy, and they decided to debit my account for another year's subscription without any warning! when I contacted them to ask them to cancel my account and refund me the money because: 1. I didn't authorize it and 2. I don't have time to study and 3. and more important, I don't have the money for it, they said that they couldn't and that they would give me life time subscription to their website, to which I rep**** that I didn't want because it would do me no good. I am very disappointed with their service. I've being working for over a year on a reduce salary, I have 2 kids and my elderly mother that I support, I CANNOT afford to pay for something that I am not going to use... I feel like my rights have being violated, they should not me able to just debit my account without notifying people or asking if they would like another year subscription.
