Shaw Academy = *****

I will never use Shaw academy again. They offer you free course and then you can't attend your classes if you don't buy the modules but they deduct money from you account!!!!!! I tried cancelling my membership two times but they don't want to I phoned but nothing happened the line went dead and I email them and that was 3 weeks ago today the money went of my account and I phoned again and resent the email but they don't want to refund me .. I phoned them and cancelled but with a lot of stories why they don't want to cancel: I phoned my bank and they told me they cant refund because it was not made with a normal debit order so to me its ***** and its not right
