Shaw Academy - Disappointment of Note!

These guys are absolute ****s and *******! They offered me a free trial of 8 classes and I accepted it. They asked for my debit card details as well. At the end of registration, it stated R0.00 owing and I went to finalize my registration. I started with my first lesson and was told to "fetch" the lesson and upon getting the lesson, I received a notification from my bank that R499.99 was deducted!!! I immediately sent an email to demand the refund. At first they refused, then I started threatening them and they advised that they sent my payment details to their accounts department. That was a week ago and I'm still waiting for my refund. Now I have to pay an additional R160, to my bank, to get my money back, with no guarantee that I'll even get the R499.99 back!

This is so not on. Please can somebody catch these guys, lock them up and throw away the key??
