Shaw Academy - deducting money without my permission

I made a payment of R 499.99 on the 07th April 2021 to unlock all the resources for all the modules in the Nutrition Course. When enquiring why I could not access the resources for Module 2 I was told I had paid for Module 1 only. Now nowhere on the website did it state that i was only unlocking Module 1, it did however state that should i want to unlock all the resources I must pay R 499.99 which I did. Dillon then kindly came back to me stating that "as a gesture of goodwill, I have activated the rest modules toolkit free of cost and will be updated in the next 24 hours.". I noticed today that the amount of R 499.99 was deducted from my credit card on 30 April 2021. I did not give anyone at Shaw Academy the authority to deduct ANY money from my credit card. Also the rest of the modules toolkit has NOT BEEN ACTIVATED as promised by Dillon. I'm rather dissapointed with this service and the fact that they took my money without my permission. I would l;ike the R 499.99 refunded to me immediately as they had no permission from me taking my money.
